One-to-one confidence coaching is completely tailored to you and the particular areas you want to work on. Imagine joining a gym and working with a personal trainer. They motivate you to get out of bed at 4am for drills, provide a food intake plan to help with your calorie intake and make sure you eat healthy meals throughout the day, and help you lose weight in the stubborn places that you were basically gave up on and blamed on genetics!

Confidence coaching with the Aspire Life programs that I have created are similar to this approach. My coaching sessions will give you the needed  tools and guidance to boost your confidence, build a strong sense of self-esteem and have the courage to be authentic.

In sessions tailored to you, I can help you with confidence issues including:

  • Living authentically
  • Performance confidence

How are sessions conducted?


I am happy to meet you face-to-face, in a mutually agreed location. To find out if and how often I can travel to you let’s discuss.

Zoom or Skype

Most people opt to conduct their coaching online, usually via Zoom, Skype or similar video calling platforms, but sometimes also over the phone. This option is convenient, flexible and private as you can conduct sessions from your own home at a time that suits you.

Email Support

Email support is used in order to support your progress. Emails will be utilized between face-to-face, Zoom and Skype sessions to support the work done in the primary sessions, and to allow you to ‘touch base’ ahead of your next coaching session.

The majority of clients only need a 4 week course in order to see dramatic improvements in their self-confidence, but I do provide follow up sessions for those looking for ongoing support.
