How are sessions conducted?
I am happy to meet you face-to-face, in a mutually agreed location. To find out if and how often I can travel to you let’s discuss.
Zoom or Skype
Most people opt to conduct their coaching online, usually via Zoom, Skype or similar video calling platforms, but sometimes also over the phone. This option is convenient, flexible and private as you can conduct sessions from your own home at a time that suits you.
Email support is used in order to support your progress. Emails will be utilized between face-to-face, Zoom and Skype sessions to support the work done in the primary sessions, and to allow you to ‘touch base’ ahead of your next coaching session.
The majority of clients only need a 4 week course in order to see dramatic improvements in their self-confidence, but I do provide follow up sessions for those looking for ongoing support.
